  • 1. Turn east off Highway 40, onto Village Road, towards Granby Ranch.
  • 2. Village Road will turn into Lake Dr. at Granby Ranch / Basecamp.
  • 3. Follow Lake Dr to Eagles Nest Ct., and turn left.
  • 4. Turn left again onto Lone Eagle Dr. Our property will be on your left, right as you reach Kiowa Dr.

Guest Parking:

The property includes a large driveway, and a 2-car garage. Guests can park in the garage or on the driveway as needed. This should be ample parking for any group of 12 or less. Vehicles may temporarily park on Lone Eagle Drive, but per the HOA rules vehicles are not permitted to park on the street overnight.


Property Access Codes:

Upon arrival, please enter the home through the south garage bay at the front of the property. The code to enter the garage, via the wall-mounted keypad, is 0-3-0-9-ENTER. When leaving the property, you can close the overhead garage door by simply pressing the “enter” button on the exterior keypad.

Once inside the garage, you will enter the home with your unique 6-digit code that will unlock the deadbolt. Upon successfully entering your code, the deadbolt should immediately unlock, and you may open the door. Your assigned code will not work prior to your scheduled check-in time, nor after your scheduled check-out and departure time.

Your unique 6-digit code is set based on the following formula:
0-0-[last 4 digits of primary guest phone number]

(Ex. if your phone number is (303) 555-6789, then your access code will be 0-0-6-7-8-9)


After Entering the Home:

Once you have successfully entered the home, you will find a brown leather 3-ring binder in the laundry room, above the washer and dryer. This binder contains our Welcome Guide & Property Handbook. There you will find more information about the home, including:

  • Wifi Access Details
  • Safety Information, including emergency numbers, and area medical center details
  • Details regarding available TV, Video, and Sound System
  • Pre-Departure Checklist
  • A List of Area Activities and Dining Options

Trash & Recycling:

We work with a 3rd party trash & recycling provider who has garage access, and will collect the large trash & recycling bins from the garage, on the day of collection. Trash is picked up weekly (typically on Friday), and Recycling is collected every other week (typically on Tuesday).

When disposing of recycling, please break down any large boxes when possible, as they can quickly consume the bin space if not broken down. Please also avoid using trash-can liners when disposing of other smaller recycling items.

If by chance the bins end up completely full during your stay, please just place any excess trash and recycling near the bins, and our cleaning and turn-over team will take care of it after your departure.
