This 5-bedroom (4 bedrooms + loft), ranch is located in the Grand Elk community of Granby, CO. The home offers over 2600sf of contemporary mountain decor. The home was designed to maximize both indoor and outdoor living. Whether you’re looking to ski/snowboard at Granby Ranch and/or Winter Park, paddle-board at Grand Lake, golf at Grand Elk, or if you’re just seeking a relaxing weekend away with friends and family, we’re confident your stay will be one to remember.

About The Space

The home is designed to bring people together in the large open common spaces, while giving each guest privacy when needed.

Even the most discerning of chefs will fall in love with the large kitchen, with high-end stainless steel appliances, where any meal can be prepared for large groups.

The main living areas, including living room, loft, and back patio are wired for sound from the central sound system, including built-in speakers, and in-wall controls to adjust source (CD or bluetooth audio) and volume.

The outdoor spaces not only offer magnificent views of the Colorado Rocky Mountains, but you can enjoy the hot-tub, firepit, and horseshoe pit as well. The patio includes a large dining table that will comfortably seat 6, and a gas-grill.

You’ll have full access to the entire home, including:

• 4 bedrooms (each with king beds)

• The 400+ sqft loft
• Large open space with gas-fireplace, dining table for 8, and a chef’s kitchen
• 2 car attached-garage, plus large driveway with ample parking

• Professionally landscaped exterior, with 6-8 person hot-tub, outdoor dining, and gas-grill
• Access to Grand Elk golf course (greens fees apply)

Booking Rates & Fees

We utilize a dynamic pricing engine, which is constantly adjusting our nightly rates based on demand and other factors. If you submit a request to book, we will promptly provide a quote based on the nights you are looking to stay. Booking direct will typically save guests upwards of 15% as compared to booking through AirBnB or VRBO.

All direct-booking reservations are subject to the following fees:

• One-time cleaning fee of $295.00
• One-time management fee of $65.00
• State and local lodging taxes (10.0%)
• Guest who wish to bring one or more dogs will be subject to a pet fee, depending on the number of dogs joining the stay
• A $500.00 refundable security deposit will be collected once the reservation is confirmed. This deposit will be returned within 1-7 days after the stay is complete.
• The balance of the reservation cost will be collected 30-days before your scheduled arrival.

(Reservations secured via 3rd party platforms, such as AirBnB or VRBO will be subject additional fees, as required by the 3rd party platform in question.)

Cancellation Policy

We offer a friendly and flexible cancellation policy, as we know plans change. Guests may cancel their reservation, free of charge, up to 30-days prior to their scheudled stay. Cancellations within 30 days of stay may forfeit some or all of the booking fee. Cleaning fees and pet fees are fully refundable for any cancellation up to the date of arrival.
